Volunteers are at the heart of all we do - from lifestyle coaching to fundraising, health fairs to education. Our volunteers propel the lifesaving mission of the South Asian Heart Center, expanding our capacity and reach, as we strive to achieve our ambitious goals.
I learned about preventative medicine at the South Asian Heart Center and how much our body can benefit from a few simple lifestyle changes. I met some of the most enthusiastic and dedicated heart health coaches and other volunteers who cared so much about the wellbeing of each and every participant.
